Timing
Our goal is to ship out all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and if you place your order before 2 pm AEST on a business day, we'll do our best to dispatch it on the same day.
Please keep in mind that during busy times like sales or public holidays, we may experience a higher volume of orders, which could affect our same-day dispatch efforts.
Shipping Fees
Domestic:
Standard Shipping (2-7 days) available for $10 AUD
Express Shipping (1-4 days) available for $15 AUD.
Orders over $50 AUD receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
International Orders
(7-14 days) available for $50 AUD.
Expected Shipping Times
Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 2-7 business day.
Express Shipping delivery timeframes are based off your location to our warehouse in Melbourne.
Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 7-14 business days.

International Orders
Our international shipping usually takes between 7 and 14 days pending your location. If you would like specific shipping timeframes for your location, please email us howdy@billycandrink.com
International Customs & Taxes
We kindly ask customers to stay informed about any local customs and tax charges that may apply. These fees are not part of your order total and should be settled with your local customs office before you can receive your order.
Billy is unable to provide refunds for shipments declined due to incurred customs and tax charges. Should these fees remain unpaid, the order will be returned to us at the customer's cost. Please note that any customs charges paid to receive your order are non-refundable upon return.
Returns
Return Policy
If for whatever reason, you don't love your Billy order, don't worry – we've got your back!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with a solution promptly.
Exceptions /Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
